To appoint the professional services of a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy to conduct a Programme Due Diligence on Seda’s Technology Programme (Stp), specifically on Seda’s incubation programme, where the focus areas will be on Financial Due Diligence; Incubator Performance; and Comparison with similar programmes, nationally and globally.

Seda hereby invites suitably qualified companies with the relevant competence, expertise and experience to tender for the above request. A Compulsory Tender Briefing Session will be conducted at the Seda National Office on Friday09 December 2011 at 12:00 Noon at:

Completed proposals/tender documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender reference number and placed in the Seda Tender Box at the dti Campus, Block G, Ground Floor, 77 Meintjes Street, Sunnyside, Pretoria. No late or electronic tenders will be accepted.
