Request For Offers: DOA 01-092016​


Firm written offers are invited for the purchase of Office Furniture and Equipment stored at the following address:


Seda National Office

The Fields,
Office Block A,
1066 Burnett Street Hatfield,
Pretoria


The details of the listed items to be sold is attached marked “Annexure A and B”


Offers for the purchasing of the furniture and equipment may be prepared and submitted under the following conditions:

1.Offers must reach Seda before the closing time, on 04th November 2016 at 16:00 pm. No offers received later will be considered.
2.Official firm offer must be completed marked “Annexure B”.
3.All items are sold on a voetstoots basis and no guarantee whatsoever on the condition of any item is given by Seda. Seda cannot be held responsible for the safety or any other condition of the furniture or equipment.
4.All successful bidders must remove the items within 48 hours from being informed of being the successful bidder and storage charges will be levied on all items remaining after 48 hours. Seda will also not be responsible for the safety or security of any item after the said 48 hours.
5.Bidders will also be responsible for the transport cost of the all the items, for own account from the location as specified above.
6.Offers can be hand delivered to the Seda National Office or emailed to mmokaila@seda.org.za on or before the 21st October 2016.
7.Payment will be strictly cash bank deposit or bank transfer (unfortunately no cheques will be accepted) basis within 2 working days from the day that the successful bidder has been informed, before delivery can be taken.
8.The process is open for anybody that would be interested on condition that all bidders must comply with these terms of reference.
